Necessary for the performance of the contract and legitimate interest. We have carefully weighed the interest in safeguarding our own legal and evidentiary position (including retrospective accountability for our actions) against your privacy interest and will, of course, not process more personal data than is strictly necessary.

Said personal data you have provided to us yourself, or we have obtained it through the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce. We do not process personal data for purposes other than those for which the data was collected.

To whom do we provide your personal data? Your personal data may be received by processors we use. We use the following processors:
➢ Website and email provider
➢ Billing system
➢ WordPress

We have a processor agreement with all processors, both inside and outside the European Union. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to process personal data only within the European Union. Where personal data is processed through us outside the European Union, this will only be done by companies based in an appropriate country designated by the European Commission.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and provide them only if necessary to execute the agreement with you, because you have given your consent or to comply with a legal obligation.

What security measures do we have in place?
To protect personal data from unlawful processing or loss, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures. For example, the website has an SSL certificate, unknown/open Wifi is not used, and equipment and email is protected with passwords and antivirus software. When we use other parties, so-called processors, we ensure that they also have adequate measures in place.

If you feel that your personal data is nevertheless not properly secured or that there are indications of misuse, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details below.
